We are seeking an 8 - 10 years experienced Scrum Master to support and govern two Agile engineering pods delivering C#, .NET, React, and Cloud-based applications .

The Scrum

Master will be responsible for driving Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration between engineering teams, Technical Leads, Product Owners, and stakeholders.

Skill

- Solid experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

- Hands-on experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously.

- Strong understanding of Scrum, and Agile frameworks.

- Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally, or similar platforms.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience in software development projects involving:

- C#

- .NET Core

- React

- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

- Strong risk management and dependency tracking capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,



Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.

- Support two engineering pods comprising Technical Leads and Senior Developers.

- Drive Agile adoption, team accountability, and continuous improvement across the pods.

- Identify, track, and remove impediments that impact team productivity and sprint commitments.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery.

- Work closely with stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technical Leads to align priorities and delivery plans.

- Monitor and report sprint metrics, velocity, burn-down charts, team capacity, and release progress.

- Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and Lean methodologies.

- Facilitate effective communication among distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

- Promote a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
