Job Summary

Scrum Master

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices.

- Drive team self-organization, continuous improvement, and delivery of business value.

- Remove impediments and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Partner with Product Owners on backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning.

- Coordinate effectively with Solution Architects and development teams to ensure technical alignment.

- Agile Coach

Skill Requirements

- 8+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments,



preferably with a software development background.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) or relevant Scrum Master experience.

- Robust understanding of Scrum frameworks, Agile methodologies, and team dynamics.

- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.

- Proven coaching, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
