You will enable Agile delivery teams to work predictably, collaboratively and with a clear focus on value. As an experienced Scrum Master, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove delivery impediments and support continuous improvement in a SAFe workplace. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen team maturity, align delivery to programme objectives and help teams deliver meaningful outcomes.
