About the opportunity

As a Scrum Master with 360 Business Solutions, you will coach Agile teams delivering enterprise AWS migration and .NET modernization work—including the complex effort of rediscovering and rebuilding business logic from legacy Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures. You will improve flow, transparency, and team effectiveness within a managed staff augmentation model.

Key responsibilities

· Facilitate Scrum (or Kanban) events and keep teams focused on sprint/increment goals.

· Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices suited to modernization and discovery-heavy work.

· Identify and drive removal of impediments across engineering, client, and operational boundaries.

· Promote healthy backlog hygiene in partnership with Product Owners / analysts and Technical Delivery Leads.

· Make work visible: boards, burn-downs/burn-ups, cycle time, and impediment trends.

· Support multi-team coordination (dependencies, shared environments, release trains) as the program scales.

· Foster psychological safety, continuous improvement, and sustainable delivery pace for remote teams.

Required qualifications

· 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile coach for software engineering teams.

· Solid understanding of Scrum and complementary practices (Kanban, refinement, definition of done).

· Experience facilitating remote/distributed teams across time zones.

· Strong servant-leadership,



conflict resolution, and communication skills in English.

· Ability to work effectively with technical leads on delivery realism without owning technical decisions.

· Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tooling.

Preferred / nice-to-have

· CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum Master certification; advanced Agile credentials a plus.

· Experience on cloud migration, legacy modernization, or large data/logic remediation programs.

· Exposure to Protected or other scaling frameworks when multiple teams collaborate.

· Prior work in staff augmentation or multi-vendor delivery settings.

How we hire

Candidates complete role-specific skills assessments on the 360 Teams platform, including objective scoring and rubric-graded code or long-answer evaluations, before advancing to interviews with the engagement team. You will be employed through an Employer of Record (EOR) in the Philippines or India, with 360 Business Solutions managing onboarding, ongoing support, and career development. This role requires meaningful working-hours overlap with the client’s US business day; specific overlap expectations, equipment, and benefits are discussed during the hiring process.
