Job Summary

Experienced Scrum Master with 7+ years of experience in facilitating Agile/Scrum processes, enabling high-performing teams, and delivering quality software solutions. Proven ability to coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress)
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
- Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Support release planning and roadmap execution
- Drive team accountability and delivery commitments

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in IT/software development projects in Healthcare or Aerospace Domain.
- Experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello)
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)




- Ability to manage multiple teams/projects (preferred)
- Robust facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Technical/Functional Knowledge

- Agile Frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, Lean
- Metrics Reporting: Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Sprint Metrics
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Risk Issue Management
- Basic understanding of development technologies (preferred but not mandatory)

Soft Skills

- Leadership and team facilitation
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability and decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I/II, or equivalent certification
- Experience working in distributed/global teams
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
- Experience in scaling Agile (SAFe, LeSS - nice to have)

Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
