- Prepare the OT and surgical instruments before each procedure.

- Ensure all required instruments, surgical supplies, sutures, gowns, gloves, and consumables are available.

- Perform scrubbing and maintain strict aseptic/sterile technique throughout the surgery.

- Arrange surgical instruments on the sterile trolley according to the procedure.

- Assist the surgeon by passing instruments, sutures, and other required items during surgery.

- Maintain awareness of the sequence and requirements of the surgical procedure.

- Perform instrument, needle, sponge, and swab counts before, during, and after surgery.

- Ensure proper specimen handling, labeling, and handover as per hospital protocol.

- Maintain sterility and immediately report any break in sterile technique.





- Assist with preparation and handling of surgical equipment.

- Coordinate with the Circulating Nurse, Surgeon, Anesthetist, and OT team.

- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection, sterilization, and storage of instruments after procedures.

- Check surgical instruments and equipment for damage or malfunction and report issues.

- Maintain OT records, checklists, and surgical documentation.

- Follow hospital infection-control, patient-safety, and NABH protocols.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
