Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, with multiple openings for Scrubbers (2 positions), Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialists (1 position), Medicare (MCR) Billers (3 positions), and an Account Manager. Scrubbers will review and validate clinical documentation and claims for accuracy, coding compliance, and completeness before submission. AR Specialists will manage outstanding claims, monitor payer responses, follow up on denials or rejections, and support timely payment posting.

MCR Billers will prepare, submit, and track Medicare claims, ensure adherence to payer regulations, resolve billing issues, and work closely with internal teams to reduce claim denials.

The Account

Manager will oversee client relationships, coordinate billing activities, monitor performance metrics, address client inquiries, and ensure service quality and satisfaction.



All team members will collaborate to support efficient revenue cycle operations, maintain detailed records, and adhere to organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in medical billing processes, including claim preparation, submission, and follow-up, with exposure to FQHC environments or similar healthcare settings.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts receivable management, such as tracking outstanding balances, analyzing payer responses, and resolving denials and rejections.
- Candidates should possess skills in Medicare and other payer-specific billing rules, including familiarity with coding standards, compliance requirements, and documentation guidelines.
- Candidates should possess skills in client and account management, including relationship building, communication with stakeholders, and coordination of service delivery and performance reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in data entry and record-keeping, with attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in using billing software and office productivity tools.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in healthcare administration, finance, commerce, or a related field are beneficial; prior experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a commitment to confidentiality, and the capacity to work effectively in a structured, on-site team workplace.
