Role Description The Script Writer at Dhairya Decodes is a full time remote role for candidates from Delhi NCR. You will be responsible for developing clear, engaging scripts for video content, webinars, workshops, and digital learning materials. Day-to-day tasks include researching topics related to career development, drafting and revising scripts, structuring content into viewer-friendly segments, and aligning narratives with the brand’s tone and educational objectives.

The Script

Writer will collaborate with mentors,



content creators, and video production teams to ensure scripts are accurate, practical, and impactful for learners. The role also involves adapting scripts for different platforms, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and meeting deadlines for content releases.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Scriptwriting and Scripting skills for educational and informational video content.
- Candidates should possess experience with Screenplays and structured narrative development for digital and visual formats.
- Candidates should possess solid Writing skills, including clarity, grammar, and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Video Production processes to align scripts with visual and audio requirements.
- Ability to research career-related topics and translate insights into practical, learner-focused scripts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in education, mentoring, coaching, or career guidance content is an advantage.
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and time management skills.
