WHAT YOU’LL DO• Manage & guide junior scouting associates
- Set scouting targets and monitor team performance
- Identify & evaluate commercial properties
- Manage relationships with owners, landlords & brokers
- Handle site visits, negotiations & property discussions
- Coordinate with the BD team for suitable opportunities
- Drive properties towards successful closure
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR✔️ 2–5 years in Real Estate / Leasing / Scouting / BD
✔️ Team management or mentoring experience
✔️ Solid communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Good knowledge of commercial properties
