Purpose & Scope of Job:

 Responsible for overseeing and managing North & West Region overall supply chain strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.

 Strengthen work processes and enhance customer experience.

Key task

 To provide leadership to supply chain & Procurement function.

 Manage and streamline supply chain & Procurement function to provide on time delivery/service to Operation team and customers.

 Put up processes plan to manage sales orders, logistics services, Stores and customer service operations to strengthen supply chain function.

 To ensure cost-effective purchase of all materials and services as required by the procurement plan whilst ensuring quality control and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.

 Strengthen vendor management sourcing of products and services, strategizing for cost-effective deals and suppliers &

discover the best ways to optimise procurement expenses.

 Procurement planning and forecast in conjunction with operation team.

 Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency of SCM

 Monthly audit and reporting on WH inventory/Orders/forecast/dispatch and credit status

 DIFOT/ FIFO (delivery in full on time) analysis

 Improve logistic management & services for cost optimisation, order tracking & serviceability.

 Improve and implement innovative work practices such as automation of working procedure & practices, Order &

delivery management through SAP.

 Communicate job expectations and monitor performance level of Supply chain and Procurement function.

 Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods.

 Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems.





 Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.

 Collaborates with senior management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies,

understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis.

 Must work across organization boundaries and all levels of the company to achieve SCM function objectives.

 Support the safety program & FSSAI compliance.

 Partner with HR function to evaluate and strengthen skills and competencies of SCM & Procurement team, identify right fit for the role at various levels.

Qualification & Skills

 Masters/ degree in supply chain management or business administration

 Proven work experience as SCM manager at mid to senior level in service organization

 Highly effective managerial skills and team handling experience, Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

 Strong understanding and hands-on experience on system and process (ERP)

 Analytical skills, Ability to think and act strategically.

 Strong drive for result, hands-on commitment to getting the job done.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Must be a team player, ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients and staff in charge.

 Demonstrate strong and pragmatic product & business acumen.

 Good in managing matrix relationship and reporting.
