- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management, Process Manufacturing, and large-scale ERP transformation programs.
- The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support initiatives while driving business process optimization and successful project delivery across manufacturing operations.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects within Process Manufacturing environments.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Process Manufacturing operations, IT teams, and implementation partners.
- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, and go-live activities.
- Lead Oracle Fusion Process Manufacturing setups including Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Routings, Work Definitions, Work Centers, and Plant Operations.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation strategies, and governance activities.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies,



and mitigation plans to ensure successful project execution.
- Drive data migration, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Support inventory optimization, procurement efficiency, production planning, and supply chain process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, organizational governance standards, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of Oracle Fusion SCM best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
- Provide regular project status updates, executive reporting, stakeholder communications, and governance reviews.
- Manage change requests, stakeholder expectations, resource planning, and project communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10+ Years

Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in ERP implementations, Supply Chain Management, and Project Management.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Planning.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cost Management.
- Robust expertise in Oracle Product Information Management (PIM).
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management.
- Strong understanding of Process Manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on experience in Maintenance, Inventory, Costing and Pricing processes.
- Knowledge of Transportation Management processes.
- Deep understanding of production planning, warehouse management, inventory management, and supply chain operations.




- Experience in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budget control, and resource management.
- Experience managing large-scale Oracle Fusion SCM transformation programs.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business leaders, manufacturing teams, IT organizations, and implementation partners.
