SCM Executive

Role & responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day procurement of materials, spare parts, medical consumables, IT equipment and fleet-related items.

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, purchase orders, delivery and follow-ups.

- Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders and other procurement documents.

- Ensure timely availability of materials as per operational requirements.

- Maintain vendor records, purchase data and procurement documentation.

- Coordinate with vendors for quality issues, replacements and pending deliveries.

- Monitor inventory and stock levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse teams.

- Process and follow up on vendor bills and payments.

- Maintain procurement and inventory records in ERP, Oracle and MS Excel.

- Prepare MIS reports related to purchases, pending orders, inventory and vendors.





- Support vendor evaluation, cost-saving initiatives and direct procurement from OEMs.

- Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and support audits.

Preferred candidate profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in mechanical or automobile; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Procurement qualification preferred.

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement/purchase/SCM.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

- Strong vendor coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

- Valuable communication and analytical skills.
