Roles & Responsibility:

· Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) at clinics and hospitals.

· Engage with HCPs regarding topics like Red Flags for LSDs, Deferential Diagnosis Pathways

· Educate HCPs about the Sanofi Disha Diagnostic Program aimed at diagnosing rare diseases like Gaucher, Pompe, ASMD, MPS-1, and Fabry’s Disease.

· Onboard interested HCPs into the program and update the CRM system with their details.

Ongoing Engagement:

· Establish regular follow-ups with onboard HCPs to provide continued education and program support.

· Ensure HCPs actively onboard patients to the Disha program and facilitate the diagnostic process.

Program Implementation:

· Provide enrolled HCPs with clinical pro forma and DBS kits for patient onboarding.

· Assist HCPs in booking diagnostic tests or collecting blood samples using the DBS kits.





· Facilitate test bookings through the Medical Representatives/Field Counsellors.

Reporting:

· Monitor and maintain records of HCP activity and patient onboarding status.

· Ensure that on boarded HCPs are regularly engaged and educated to maximize patient onboarding on the DISHA program.

· Address HCP queries and troubleshoot any issues to streamline the program workflow.

· Proactively identify potential HCPs to expand program outreach and maintain a healthy pipeline of interested participants.

· Submit timely updates to management, providing insights on HCP engagement

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
