Signum Classes is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Science Teacher who can teach students with solid conceptual clarity and make Science easy and interesting to understand.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science to students from Classes 6th to 10th.
- Teach Physics, Chemistry and Biology according to the school syllabus.
- Explain concepts from the basics using simple and practical examples.
- Prepare students for school examinations and board examinations.
- Conduct regular chapter-wise tests, revision sessions and doubt-solving sessions.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments and practice questions.
- Monitor students' academic performance and identify areas that require improvement.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Complete the syllabus according to the academic schedule.
- Communicate students' academic progress to the management when required.
Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Science or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory.
- Good knowledge of CBSE, ICSE and State Board Science syllabus.
- Strong conceptual knowledge of Science.
- Good communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to explain difficult concepts in a simple and student-friendly manner.
- Teaching experience will be preferred.
