The Science Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum, fostering scientific thinking, inquiry, and practical learning among students while maintaining academic excellence and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare, and deliver Science lessons as per the Cambridge syllabus and school academic plan.
- Teach subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (as applicable to the grade level).
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids aligned with learning outcomes.
- Conduct practical experiments and ensure laboratory safety and discipline.
- Evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, projects, and practical exams.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
- Identify students’ learning needs and provide remedial or enrichment support as required.
- Integrate ICT tools, smart boards, and cutting-edge teaching methodologies in the classroom.
- Encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temperament among students.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and professional development programs.




- Maintain classroom discipline and uphold school policies and Cambridge/ CBSE guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students’ academic progress and behavior.
- Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities, science fairs, exhibitions, and clubs.

Qualifications & Experience

- Educational Qualification:
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
- B.Ed (Mandatory)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a Cambridge Curriculum school (preferred)

- Strong subject knowledge and understanding of Cambridge/ CBSE assessment patterns.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students through activity-based and experiential learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
