Role Description The School Teacher role at Tutexx is a full-time, in office position based in Bhadohi. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with curriculum requirements and Tutexx’s learner-centered approach. Daily responsibilities include teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining a supportive classroom environment.

The teacher will also communicate regularly with learners and guardians, collaborate with other educators,



and participate in training or development sessions to improve instructional practices. Additional duties may include preparing learning materials, integrating educational technology where appropriate, and contributing to school activities and initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience delivering lessons to diverse groups of learners.
- Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Training skills to design structured, outcome-focused learning experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, guardians, and colleagues.
- Relevant teaching certification, diploma, or degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience working in a school environment or tutoring setting is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create an inclusive, equitable classroom and support learners with different backgrounds and needs.
- Comfort with using basic educational technology and digital tools for instruction and assessment.
