Role Description The School Principal role at The Narayana Group in Surat is a full time, on-site position responsible for leading the overall academic and administrative functions of a middle school. The Principal will oversee curriculum implementation, ensure academic excellence, and maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key responsibilities include supervising and mentoring educators, monitoring student performance, and aligning school practices with educational standards and institutional values. The role involves regular communication with families and stakeholders, managing school operations and resources,



and driving initiatives that support continuous improvement. The Principal will also lead strategic planning, foster a positive school culture, and uphold regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong Educational Leadership skills, including experience managing school teams and guiding academic and behavioral standards.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and understanding of modern pedagogical practices for middle school education.
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging students, educators, families, and external stakeholders.
- Experience working in Middle School settings and a solid foundation in Education or related disciplines.
- Relevant academic qualifications, such as a master’s degree in Education, School Leadership, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build inclusive, learner-centric environments and support diverse learning needs.
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
