Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic School Principal to lead the academic, administrative, and operational functions of the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high academic standards, ensuring effective school operations, developing staff, and creating a positive learning workplace for students.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership

- Lead and monitor the overall academic performance of the school.
- Ensure effective implementation of the CBSE curriculum, guidelines, and academic policies.
- Develop and monitor academic plans, lesson planning, assessments, and examination processes.
- Track student learning outcomes and implement improvement measures.
- Promote innovative teaching and learning practices.

Staff Management

- Lead, mentor,



and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs of teachers.
- Ensure effective allocation of duties and responsibilities.

School Administration

- Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE requirements and applicable education regulations.
- Maintain proper academic, administrative, and student records.
- Coordinate with management, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Student Development & Discipline

- Ensure a safe, disciplined, inclusive, and child-friendly school environment.
