Role Description The School Outreach Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will support planning and execution of school outreach activities, including coordinating visits, assisting in organizing education fairs, and facilitating counseling or information sessions for students. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining contact with school representatives, collecting and updating outreach data, preparing basic reports, and supporting social media or digital promotion of events.





The intern will work closely with the outreach and marketing teams to ensure smooth event logistics, timely communication, and effective student engagement at partner schools.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with school staff, students, and internal teams.
- Organizational and coordination abilities to support event planning, scheduling, and in office execution.
- Basic understanding of marketing or outreach activities, including social media and digital promotion for education-related events.
- Comfort with data entry, documentation, and preparing simple reports using tools such as spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Demonstrated interest in education, student engagement, or higher education outreach; prior event or campus ambassador experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in any field; backgrounds in marketing, education, or communications are an advantage.
