Position: BIM Modeler

Location: Nagpur | On-site

Experience: 1+ Years

Software: Autodesk Revit

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in Scan to BIM / As-Built Modeling

✔ Strong knowledge of Revit Architecture / Structure

✔ Hands-on experience with Point Cloud / Laser Scan data

✔ Positive understanding of Architectural & Structural BIM workflows

✔ Knowledge of BIM standards & LOD requirements

✔Strong attention to detail and model accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Architectural & Structural BIM models from Point Cloud/Laser Scan data
- Create detailed As-Built models using Autodesk Revit
- Model architectural and structural elements as per project requirements
- Perform model checking and maintain quality standards
- Coordinate models with other disciplines
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and BIM documentation
- Follow project-specific BIM standards and naming conventions
- Complete assigned modeling tasks within project timelines
