We are seeking a Technology Strategy & Operating Model (TS&OM;) Consultant to help organizations design and implement effective technology strategies and operating models that align with business objectives. The role involves supporting clients in optimizing IT structures, governance, and processes to enable digital transformation and improve technology performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of technology strategies and IT operating models aligned with business goals.
- Analyze existing IT structures, governance frameworks, and processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in designing target operating models (TOM) for technology functions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning technology capabilities, processes, and organizational structures.
- Conduct IT capability assessments, maturity assessments, and benchmarking studies.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technology governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Develop roadmaps, transformation plans, and implementation strategies for technology initiatives.
- Prepare strategic presentations, reports, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
