JOB TITLE: Front Office, Admissions, and Outreach Manager
REPORTING TO: Head of School COLLABORATES WITH: Academic Director, Residential Life Director, and Department Heads PURPOSE The Front Office, Admissions, and Outreach Manager serves as a vital ambassador for Miri Piri Academy (MPA), directly impacting the school’s growth, stability, and public presence.
This role requires a proactive individual who goes above and beyond to actively promote the school’s unique programs—including both youth enrollment and adult Continuing Education. By combining an intimate knowledge of the MPA experience with exceptional organizational skills, the Manager builds deep trust with prospective families, manages critical student/staff visa and travel logistics, and ensures seamless, confidential, and highly updated communication across all school departments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Admissions, Lead Management &
- Active Promotion ● End-to-End Admissions Management: Oversee the entire admissions pipeline from initial contact to successful enrollment. ● Proactive School Promotion: Go above and beyond standard inquiry responses to actively champion the school. Initiate outreach, design creative recruitment resources, and implement strategies to boost enrollment. ● Lead Tracking &
- Records Management: Maintain meticulous, highly organized, and live records of all leads and prospective families, ensuring consistent follow-ups. ● Continuing Education Program: Manage registrations, inquiries, and proactive promotional campaigns for the adult Continuing Education program to expand its reach and enrollment. ● Rapid Responsiveness:
Respond to all admissions inquiries within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday), building immediate rapport and trust with prospective parents and students. Logistics, Visas &
- Travel Coordination ● Visa Liaison &
- Compliance: Prepare, review, and process critical visa documentation for international students and staff. Track and facilitate timely visa renewals, coordinating closely with local authorities. ● Travel Coordination: Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date travel information and itineraries for all arriving and departing students and staff, ensuring smooth arrivals and transitions. ● Onboarding &
- Arrival Support: Coordinate directly with the Residential Life and Administration teams to ensure student and staff arrival windows precisely match campus readiness and pickup logistics.

- Upkeep: Ensure all student, staff, and school records are meticulously kept up-to-date in real-time, serving as the "single source of truth" for the leadership team. ● Cross-Departmental Communication Hub: Actively gather and communicate all necessary, critical information to the Academic, Residential Life, and Administration teams to ensure seamless, school-wide alignment.
● School Ambassador: Greet visitors, answer calls, and manage correspondence with warmth, professionalism, and high energy.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS ● Philosophical Alignment: Deep knowledge of and resonance with the Miri Piri Academy program, values, and philosophy. ● Education &
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience in admissions, logistics, school administration, or high-level customer relations. ● Uncompromising Confidentiality: Absolute discretion and proven ability to handle sensitive student, family, travel, and staff documentation with total confidentiality. ● Communication & Language: Complete fluency in English, alongside proficiency in Punjabi and/or Hindi. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. ● Organizational Excellence: Stellar time-management and data-entry skills; ability to handle complex logistical data (travel, visas, leads) without errors. ● Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and database/CRM software, with a swift adaptability to learning specialized school management programs. ● Interpersonal Dynamics: Ability to maintain transparent, healthy boundaries with parents and students while working cooperatively and adaptively within a diverse team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
