Role Description The Saviynt Engineer will work full time hybrid in Pan India, focusing on the implementation, and support of identity and access management solutions using Saviynt. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring Saviynt modules, developing workflows and access policies, integrating Saviynt with enterprise applications and directories, and managing user lifecycle processes.

The role involves monitoring and optimizing system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant access controls. The engineer will participate in requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and knowledge transfer,



while contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives within the IAM landscape.

Qualifications

- Experienced (2-9 years) in Saviynt implementation
- Strong experience with Saviynt or similar Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, including configuration, policy design, and workflow development.
- Knowledge of identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and user lifecycle management across complex enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with integration technologies and protocols such as REST APIs, SOAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and directory services (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Understanding of information security principles, regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001), and best practices in access control.
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Java, SQL) to automate tasks and extend Saviynt functionalities.
- Proficiency in analyzing technical and business requirements, producing clear documentation, and communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Pan India, collaborate in a team-oriented setting, and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant IAM or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific) are an advantage.
