Roles: Saviynt IGA Consultant / SME / Architect

Location : PAN INDIA / HYBRID / REMOTE

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Saviynt IGA professionals with strong hands-on expertise in implementing, configuring, integrating and supporting Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC) solutions. The role is suitable for professionals across Saviynt Consultant, SME, Senior Consultant and Architect levels.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure and implement Saviynt IGA/EIC solutions for enterprise IAM requirements.

Work on Identity Lifecycle Management (JML), provisioning, reconciliation, access requests and access certifications.

Configure and manage RBAC, birthright access, workflows, policies, SoD and risk-based access controls.

Perform application onboarding and configure OOTB/custom connectors.

Hands-on integration experience with SAP, Workday, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, databases, REST APIs and cloud/on-prem applications.

Troubleshoot complex provisioning, integration and access-related issues.

Support SIT/UAT, deployment, go-live, hypercare, upgrades and production support.

Prepare solution/design documents, test cases, operational runbooks and technical documentation.

Collaborate with application owners, HR, security, infrastructure and business stakeholders.

For senior profiles, lead solution architecture, technical workshops, POCs, client discussions and technical advisory.

Support presales activities, RFP/RFI responses,



solution presentations and proposal development where required.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior/mid-level Saviynt consultants.

Roles

Saviynt Consultant 5 - 7+ Years

Strong hands-on Saviynt implementation and configuration.

Application onboarding, connectors, JML, provisioning, certifications, RBAC and workflows.

Experience with SAP/Workday/AD/REST integrations.

Saviynt SME 6 - 10+ Years

Deep Saviynt IGA expertise with strong troubleshooting capability.

SAP and Workday connector experience.

SoD, access governance, role modelling, compliance and production support.

Ability to act as technical SME and client advisor.

Saviynt Architect / Senior Consultant 8 - 12+ Years

Solution architecture and end-to-end Saviynt implementation.

Enterprise IAM/IGA design, integration architecture and complex application onboarding.

Customer workshops, technical leadership, POCs and solution design.

Experience guiding development/delivery teams.

Saviynt Principal Architect / Presales 10 - 12+ Years

Strong IGA/Saviynt architecture and consulting background.

Client-facing solutioning, technical presentations and advisory.

Presales, RFP/RFI, POCs and proposal support.

Ability to lead large IAM/IGA engagements and provide technical direction.

Saviynt certification

Java / SQL / JSON / REST / SOAP

Python scripting

Cloud IAM / AWS / Azure

SailPoint or other IGA experience

IAM architecture and security governance
