Role &

responsibilities The role involves majorly in support to requirement gathering, solution design, system integration analysis, testing support, and stakeholder management throughout the application lifecycle.

Requirement Analysis

- Work closely with banks various IT department for a robust and scalable solutions.

- Identify system impacts, dependencies, and integration requirements.

- Support and Recommend process improvements and technology enhancements.

System Integration & API Analysis:

- Analyze integrations between internal and external systems.

- Knowledge of API contracts, data mapping, JSON/XML structures, and interface specifications.

- Support middleware and third-party application integrations.

- Co-ordinate with internal and external vendors / partner for integration activities.

Testing & Quality Assurance:

- Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management activities.

- Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure, and PMO teams.





- Application Support & Documentation:

Support production deployments and release management activities

- Perform root cause analysis for application issues.

- Assist support teams in troubleshooting production incidents.

- Maintain detailed system documentation, process flows, and knowledge repositories.

- Ensure application compliance with organizational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3 to 8 years of experience in System Analysis, Business Analysis, or Application Delivery.

- Experience in enterprise applications, banking systems, financial services in IT domain.

Technical Skills

- Hands on experience on SAS DI, SAS EG and BASE SAS

- Knowledge of CRISIL FULKRUM (EWS) will be an added advantage

- SQL and database concepts, Linux Shell scripting

- API analysis and integration

- JSON, XML, REST/SOAP service
