We are looking for an experienced SAP WM/RF Consultant with 7-10 years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and RF processes. The candidate will be responsible for providing AMS and production support for warehouse operations, including RF devices, putaway, picking, packing, inventory management, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide SAP WM and RF production/AMS support for warehouse operations.
- Support and troubleshoot RF devices and RF transactions used in warehouse execution.
- Handle issues related to putaway, picking, packing, stock movements, and inventory processes.
- Resolve warehouse execution and inventory count-related issues.
- Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Perform incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in hypercare support during implementations, upgrades, deployments, and major releases.
- Monitor recurring production issues and recommend process/system improvements.
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, issue logs, and knowledge articles.
- Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, regression testing,



and production validation.
- Ensure timely resolution of production issues according to defined SLA and support processes.

Required Skills
- 710 years of hands-on experience in SAP WM.
- Strong experience in SAP RF / Radio Frequency processes.
- Experience in SAP AMS and production support environments.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes such as:

- Putaway

- Picking

- Packing

- Stock Transfer

- Inventory Counting

- Goods Movement
- RF-based warehouse execution
- Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Hands-on experience in production and hypercare support.
- Good understanding of integration with related SAP modules such as MM, SD, and EWM, where applicable.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working on SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Exposure to SAP RISE environments.
- Knowledge of ITIL-based support processes.
- SAP WM/RF implementation, rollout, upgrade, or migration experience.
- Experience working in a global AMS/support setting.
