Experience: 4-6 years of overall software development, with a minimum of 3 years in SAP UI5 and Fiori application development
Education Qualification: BE / BTech / BA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, and deploy SAP UI5 and Fiori applications following SAP standards
2. Build applications using Fiori Elements and annotations-based development
3. Extend and customize standard Fiori apps as per client requirements
4. Integrate UI5 applications with OData services and REST APIs
5. Implement performance optimization techniques in UI5 applications
6. Ensure security best practices in application design and development
7. Work with SAP Business Application Studio, Web IDE, and SAP Build Work Zone
8. Evaluate new SAP UI5 and Fiori features and share knowledge with the team
9. Provide guidance on UI5 architecture, coding standards, and code reviews
Required Skills:
1. Robust proficiency in JavaScript/ES6 within the SAP UI5 framework
2.
Experience with SAP UI5 architecture and lifecycle management
3. Expertise in Fiori Elements and annotations
4. Good understanding of MVC design patterns in UI5
5. Hands-on experience in REST APIs and OData service integration
6. Familiarity with SAP Gateway and RICEFW concepts for UI5/Fiori
7. Experience with SAP Build Work Zone for launchpad and extensibility
8. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
9. Excellent communication skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
1. Knowledge of user experience and design principles for Fiori apps
2. Experience with Python for scripting and automation
3. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control
4. Understanding of SAP Mobile Services
