We are looking for a seasoned SAP TPM Functional Consultant to join our team to support and enhance our Trade Promotion Management capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP TPM along with strong business process knowledge in trade marketing, sales, and consumer goods industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Trade Promotion Management TPM in project implementations and support.
- Understand and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for TPM. Configure SAP TPM modules, including planning, budgeting, fund management, and claims processing.
- Work closely with stakeholders from sales, marketing, and finance to align TPM processes with business goals.
- Support integration with SAP CRM, ECC FICO, SD, BW, and other related systems.
- Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing UAT. Deliver end-user training and create functional documentation.




- Troubleshoot TPM-related issues and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills Experience: Minimum 10+ years of SAP experience including at least 5+ years in SAP TPM Trade Promotion Management.
- Robust understanding of TPM process flows, including planning, fund management, claims, and settlements.
- Experience with SAP CRM, SAP ECC FICO, SD integration points. Knowledge of SAP BWBI for TPM reporting, good to have.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for working with business users and technical teams.
