We are looking for a senior profile who will take the position of SAP Test Manager & Quality Lead

Responsibilities

- Own and continuously improve the SAP regression testing capability

- Drive quality assurance across test execution, release validation, risk management, and stakeholder communication

- Lead and coach the testing team

- Support onboarding and development of testing resources

- Robust understanding of business processes and sufficient hands-on experience to challenge test coverage, quality risks and release decisions

Experience

- 10+ years of experience in quality assurance within enterprise IT delivery

- 5+ years of testing leadership experience

- Experience in leading teams of 5-20 testers

- Experience in onboarding, coaching, and managing testing resources

- Experience in building or scaling testing capability, test factory, or regression testing service

- Demonstrable experience with regression test programs across multiple domains





- Experience managing stakeholders across Business and IT

- Experience presenting quality risks, testing status, and release readiness recommendations to senior business and IT stakeholders

- Accountability for quality recommendations and release readiness assessments

- Experience with release management, deployment validation, and go/no-go decision processes

- Experience across multiple enterprise business domains, ideally including Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and/or HR.

- Strong end-to-end business process knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, T2P, ...)

Nice-to-have

- Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA transformation programs

- Experience with SAP ERP or S/4HANA project delivery

- SAP Solution Manager and/or SAP CALM

- Test automation strategy and governance within complex enterprise application landscapes

- Experience with SAP test management and automation tools

- Agile, DevOps and CI/CD delivery environments
