Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Lead with a strong background in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP projects, particularly in migration and end-to-end testing. This role requires a proactive leader who can effectively coordinate with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead the testing efforts for SAP projects, ensuring comprehensive functional testing is conducted.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to define testing requirements and scope.

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP ECC and S4 HANA implementations.

Oversee the migration testing process, ensuring data integrity and system functionality post-migration.

Facilitate defect management processes, including identification, tracking, and resolution of issues.

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as necessary.

Mentor and guide junior testing team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance testing setting.





Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Mandatory Skills

Proven experience in functional testing within SAP environments.

Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA.

Hands-on experience with migration testing and end-to-end testing processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and stakeholders.

Ability to lead and manage testing teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Preferred Skills

Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies.

Familiarity with Agile testing practices.

Knowledge of SAP testing tools and frameworks.

Certifications in SAP or testing methodologies (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5-7 years of experience in SAP testing roles, with a focus on functional testing.

Proven track record of leading testing efforts in SAP projects.
