- 7 to 10 years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience.
- Minimum 2 to 5 end to end SAP SuccessFactors PMGM implementation projects.
- Solid hands on experience in:
- Goal Management
- Performance Management
- Route Maps
- Calibration
- Role Based Permissions (RBP)
- Form and Template Configuration
- Knowledge of Employee Central integration.
- Experience with data migration, reporting, and configuration workbooks.
- Good client facing and communication skills.
