Job Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day SAP support activities for internal business users.

- Handle basic and L1 SAP issues independently and provide timely resolution to users.

- Identify and escalate L3-level issues to the client's SAP Support Partner for resolution.

- Coordinate closely with the SAP Support Partner and follow up on escalated issues until closure.

- Ensure all issues are resolved within the agreed SLA timelines.

- Monitor open tickets, track their progress, and ensure timely escalation wherever required.

- Coordinate with stakeholders and HODs across various departments to understand issues, provide updates, and ensure effective resolution.

- Act as the key coordination point between internal users and the external SAP Support Partner.

- Have a valuable overall understanding of various SAP modules and their integration to effectively identify and route issues to the appropriate support team.

- Maintain proper communication and follow-up on critical and pending SAP issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in SAP support / SAP application support.





- Good understanding of multiple SAP modules.

- Experience handling L1/basic SAP issues and coordinating/escalating complex issues to L3 support teams.

- Strong experience in SLA management, issue tracking, escalation, and closure.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with HODs, business users, and external SAP support partners.

- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.

- Willingness to relocate to Daman is mandatory.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
