We are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll qualified with hands-on experience in ECP/SAP HCM Payroll. The candidate will configure, enhance, validate, and support payroll solutions while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve analysis, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and optimize SAP Employee Central Payroll including pay components, off-cycle processes, gross-to-net calculations, retroactivity, schemas, and rules.
- Work on PCRs, schemas, wage types, retrocalculations, payroll calendars, and special payroll runs.
- Support requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Integrate ECP with Employee Central, Time Management, HRIS Sync, BIB, and relevant third-party systems.
- Perform payroll simulations, validations, reconciliations,



and error diagnostics.
- Understand payroll posting to FI/CO and payroll reconciliation practices.
- Use AI copilots/LLM-based tools for impact analysis, documentation, test generation, defect analysis, and troubleshooting.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools for payroll anomaly detection, payroll-run summarization, compliance checks, and ticket categorization.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, audit requirements, data privacy, and security standards.
- Collaborate with HR operations, finance, technical integration teams, and external providers.
