We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Compensation and Variable Pay to join our team. In this role, you will drive the functional design, implementation, and optimization of our global Total Rewards technology landscape. You will collaborate closely with global HR stakeholders to transform complex business requirements into seamless, scalable SuccessFactors solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Mapping: Lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional solution design, and gap analysis for global Total Rewards programs.
- Module Management: Configure and manage SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Variable Pay, and Employee Central modules.
- System Administration: Build and maintain complex Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Framework, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Present transparent, data-backed recommendations and risk assessments to senior executive leadership; manage vendor and Application Management Services (AMS) deliverables.
- Delivery Excellence: Own the delivery cycle for complex,



multi-country SuccessFactors deployments and annual compensation cycle support with a strict focus on quality governance.

Required Candidate Profile

- Overall Experience: 8-10 years of dedicated HR Technology experience.
- SuccessFactors Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on, deep technical configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of core Total Rewards processes including Merit Reviews, Bonus Planning, Compensation Guidelines, Salary Structures, and Job Architecture.
- Environment: Proven track record supporting global HR operations, shared services, or large enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Valid certification in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Employee Central.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to SAP Joule and AI-enabled HR capabilities.
- Experience working within global consulting firms or leading large-scale HR transformation programs.
