Qualification :

Education qualification : Bachelors degree in information technology ,Human Resource ,computer science ,Business Administration or related field

SAP Success Factors/or SAP HCM Certification .PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification

Experience in working in multinational organisations and global support models

Experience in collaborating with global headquarters ,external vendors and offshore teams.

Certification, If any

Success Factor -EC (added Advantage)

Skills:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRIS, ERP, or IT application support environments with hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

Expertise in Employee Central (EC ) Module

Strong Functional Knowledge of one more success factor module such as:

Recruiting Management (RCM)

Learning Management system(LMS)

Onboarding (ONB)

Any other related modules/Area will be added advantage.

Understanding of SAP HCM processes and integrations with SuccessFactors.

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to business users, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and customer service orientation.

Ability to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements where appropriate.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Support Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules, HR business processes, and SAP HCM integration. This role involves providing application support, driving continuous improvements, collaborating with global stakeholders,



and ensuring alignment with organizational HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. HCM Solution Design & Delivery

- Support the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business requirements and HR processes.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and rollout activities across SuccessFactors modules.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and documentation to support solution delivery.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.

2. Functional Expertise & Advisory

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions.
- Provide guidance on best practices, process standardization, and system capabilities.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend scalable solutions to improve HR operations.
- Support stakeholders with functional consulting and solution advisory services.

3. System Support & Continuous Improvement

- Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for SAP SuccessFactors applications and integrated HR systems.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and vendors.
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Support quarterly SuccessFactors release management activities, including impact assessments and testing.

4. Business Process Optimization & Configuration

- Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules using SAP implementation best practices.
- Support data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities.
- Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.

5. Global Collaboration & Governance

- Collaborate closely with external vendors, and internal business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, change management, and security standards.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge repositories, and operational procedures.
