Role and Responsibilities

Additional configuration and customization of SAP Focused Build solutions based on requirements

Integrate SAP Focused Build with other tools.

Maintain documentation for SAP Focused Build configurations, customizations, and integrations. This includes training materials and other relevant documentation

Provide Focused Build training and support on project tools and processes to Project and AMS teams

Prepare proposals based on SAP updates, current features, and industry best practices

Ensure SAP Focused Build best practices and methodologies are followed throughout the project lifecycle

Facilitate/Support Fit to Standard workshops from FB tool perspective

Oversee the preparation phase, ensuring processes, variants, and executables are designed and synced using ARIS.

Authority

Will be responsible for development, delivery & support in assigned area of work.

Monitor, track, resolve and report tickets on support activities.





Act as a point of contact for the client for any issues that occur in assigned area of work.

Accountability

Build up knowledge in assigned areas and system understanding

Will have to co-ordinate and communicate directly with client / business users as per the job requirements

Should deliver on time & high quality development & support services.

Minimum Educational
