Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the business blueprinting, technical data mapping, and cross-module governance of our enterprise S/4HANA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will orchestrate complex greenfield or brownfield transformations, aligning core business strategies with native SAP product features to deliver a scalable digital platform optimized for financial and operational growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect end-to-end enterprise solution blueprints, validating cross-module process flows (Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Product) inside S/4HANA environments.

- Drive complex scoping assessments, defining the strategic roadmap for Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition transformation tracks.

- Enforce Clean Core governance strategies, evaluating business custom requests against standard features, standard APIs, and SAP BTP side-by-side extension patterns.

- Design high-level data models and target structures, aligning transaction tables (e.g., ACDOCA, MATDOC) with global organizational structures,



business partner structures, and reporting engines.

- Establish enterprise integration blueprints, governing high-volume data streams between SAP and non-SAP external landscapes alongside technical middleware architectures.

- Chair the Architecture Review Board, evaluating custom development definitions (RICEFW modifications), package dependencies, and landscape deployment impacts.

- Provide strategic leadership to module leads and configuration specialists, managing cross-functional technical dependencies while serving as the main liaison to stakeholders.

Requirements

- 10+ years of total IT enterprise software implementation experience, with 5+ dedicated years acting as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale SAP systems.

- Solid technical mastery of S/4HANA functional data architectures, system landscape engineering, integration protocols, and business process modeling.

- Deep functional understanding of corporate organizational boundaries, multi-currency ledger structures, global supply chains, and change management strategies.

- Mandatory certification: SAP Certified Enterprise Architect OR active S/4HANA Cloud/On-Premise Application Architecture credential.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience implementing SAP Activate Methodology frameworks across multi-country global rollouts.

- Strategic consulting experience advising C-suite executives on cloud migration choices, system consolidations, and digital platform roadmaps.
