- Familiarity with overall Solution Manager landscape and its components.
- Understanding of ChaRM configuration options (workflows, statuses, roles, and authorizations).
- Basic understanding of SAP system administration concepts.
Troubleshooting and Support
- Provide technical support to users on ChaRM functionalities.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to ChaRM.
- Familiarity with usage of ServiceNow
Transport Management
- Experience in managing transport through ChaRM and SAP Systems.
- Understanding of transport routes and strategies.
- Experience with generating transport history or reports.
Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to interact with developers, business users or other stakeholders. Documentation: Basic Microsoft Office skills; Ability to document ChaRM processes, procedures, or configurations.
Creation of Production Release list, deployment project plans.
Project Management: Basic project management skills to manage change requests.
TCB Team Responsibilities
Manage deployment activities to ensure changes go into production within the approved change window.
Create and Coordinate list of changes to SAP teams including monitoring ServiceNow Change Request to ensure adherence to management processes and procedures.
Review change request in ServiceNow.
Guide and assist users in creating, tracking, and managing change requests within ChaRM framework.
Documentation of Change Implementation.
Coordinates and move in-flight changes during lower workplace refresh or upgrades.
Continuously evaluate and improve ChaRM processes and configuration based on business needs and best practices.
