We are looking for an experienced ??? ???????? ??????? ?????????? to take techno-functional ownership of SAP Solution Manager across change management, testing, monitoring, root cause analysis, release governance, and deployment traceability.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in ??? ???????? ??????? ?.?, ?????, ????????, ???? ?????, technical monitoring, alerting, EarlyWatch reporting, Root Cause Analysis, and Focused Build integration.

The selected candidate will act as a central control point for change, testing, monitoring, transport governance, and release management across the SAP landscape.

✅ Configure and support Change Request Management – ChaRM, including change cycles, task lists, and status schemas

✅ Configure and operate Retrofit for dual-landscape change synchronization

✅ Configure and support SAP Test Suite including test plans, test packages, test execution, and defect linkage

✅ Set up Root Cause Analysis using end-to-end trace, exception analysis, and workload analysis

✅ Build and maintain technical monitoring dashboards, alerts, and EarlyWatch reporting

✅ Integrate SAP Solution Manager with Focused Build for requirement-to-deployment traceability

✅ Support release management including cutover planning, transport sequencing, and go-live checks

✅ Design technical change flows and document approval and control points

✅ Support transport management and release governance across development, quality, and production environments





✅ Conduct UAT and training for release management users

✅ Maintain SAP Solution Manager documentation, solution structures, and operational runbooks

✅ Ensure effective governance across change, testing, monitoring, transport, and release processes

✔️ Experience configuring change cycles, task lists, status schemas, and approval flows

✔️ Strong experience in SAP Test Suite configuration and test management

✔️ Experience with test plans, test packages, test execution, and defect linkage

✔️ Strong technical monitoring and alerting experience

✔️ Hands-on experience in Root Cause Analysis setup

✔️ Experience with end-to-end trace, exception analysis, and workload analysis

✔️ Experience building and maintaining technical monitoring dashboards

✔️ Experience with SAP EarlyWatch reporting

✔️ Robust understanding of transport management and release governance

✔️ Experience in cutover planning, transport sequencing, and go-live checks

✔️ Ability to design technical change flows and document approval/control points

✔️ Experience supporting UAT, user training, documentation, solution structures, and runbooks
