Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Payroll Consultant to lead critical payroll operations within our IT Services division. In this pivotal role, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between complex payroll processing and system integration, ensuring accuracy and compliance across our global workforce. This position is essential for maintaining seamless financial workflows, managing high-volume data transactions, and providing expert-level technical support for our compensation infrastructure.

Responsibilities

- Execute comprehensive testing protocols and perform detailed reconciliation activities to validate payroll integrity.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end data flow mechanisms, ensuring smooth synchronization between disparate systems and integrations.
- Deliver advanced Level 2 production support, resolving complex technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain service levels.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of payroll processing, from data collection to final disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

and troubleshoot ADP Payroll systems to align with evolving business requirements and regulatory standards.
- Leverage SAP SuccessFactors modules to enhance payroll functionality and drive process improvements.
- Provide ongoing support for ADP Payroll environments, addressing user queries and implementing system updates.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll consulting and systems administration.
- Proven expertise in Payroll Testing, Reconciliation, and Data Flow Management.
- Demonstrated capability in providing L2 Production Support and resolving escalated technical incidents.
- Strong proficiency in Payroll Processing workflows and ADP Payroll Configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem and its integration with payroll modules.
- Solid background in ADP Payroll systems, including configuration, maintenance, and support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced IT Services workplace.
