Job Summary
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in SAP SD.
- Strong experience in SAP SD implementation, configuration, integration, testing, and production support.
- Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle SAP SD implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure end-to-end sales processes, including:
- Inquiry
- Quotation
- Sales Order
- Delivery
- Picking
- Packing
- Billing

- Configure:

- Sales document types
- Item categories
- Schedule line categories
- Copy controls

- Configure pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, and pricing conditions.
- Configure and support Customer Master and Business Partner sales processes.

- Work on

- Material determination
- Material listing and exclusion
- Free goods

- Configure delivery-related processes, including:

- Delivery types
- Shipping points
- Routes
- Transportation processes

- Configure billing types, billing relevance, invoice processing, and cancellation processes.
- Work on credit management and customer credit-related processes.

- Configure output determination for

- Sales documents
- Delivery documents
- Billing documents

- Configure account determination and support SD-FI integration.
- Support integration between SAP SD and:

- MM
- FI
- Other SAP modules

- Configure and support special sales processes, including:

- Third-party sales
- Intercompany sales
- Consignment
- Stock transfer

- Handle:

- Returns
- Refunds
- Debit memos
- Credit memos

- Support tax determination and country-specific sales requirements.
- Collaborate with ABAP teams on:

- Reports
- Interfaces
- Forms
- Enhancements
- Workflows





- Prepare functional specifications and support RICEFW development.

- Perform

- Unit testing
- Integration testing
- UAT
- Defect resolution

- Support data migration and master data validation activities.

- Participate in

- Analyze production issues and provide timely solutions.

- Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
- Mentor junior SAP SD consultants and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
