SAP SD OTC Value Stream Lead - Job Summary

- Seeking an experienced OTC (Order-to-Cash) Value Stream Lead with 8-10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Responsible for leading end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across global SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, transformation, and AMS support engagements.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD, business process design, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership.
- Drive process standardization, optimization, and digital transformation initiatives across global business regions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) value stream and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Lead SAP SD implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and AMS support projects.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable SAP SD solutions.

- SAP TM

- Manage integration between SAP S/4HANA, SAP SD, and third-party applications.
- Support integration using IDocs, APIs, EDI, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Lead SIT, UAT,



regression testing, defect resolution, and cutover planning.
- Lead production support, incident management, problem management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Drive continuous improvement and stabilization of OTC processes.
- Mentor junior SAP SD consultants and provide functional leadership to project teams.
- Manage stakeholders, project risks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Work with global and distributed teams across multiple regions.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and project governance.

Required Skills
- 8-10 years of SAP SD consulting experience.
- Strong knowledge of the complete Order-to-Cash (OTC) lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience in:

- Experience with IDocs, APIs, EDI, and SAP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and SAP business process best practices.




- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Experience leading global SAP template rollout programs.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
- Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Experience with OTC transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- SAP SD / SAP S/4HANA Sales certification preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-driven order management, automation, and intelligent business processes.
