Key Responsibilities: ✅ Lead and support SAP SD Implementation, Rollout, and Support Projects
✅ Gather business requirements and prepare Functional Specifications
✅ Configure SAP SD modules including O2C, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management
✅ Collaborate with MM, FI, and WM teams for integration and issue resolution
✅ Provide Production Support and drive process improvements
