Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP SD Consultant with 815 years of SAP experience to lead SAP Sales & Distribution implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and support engagements. The consultant should have strong expertise in SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales, business process design, configuration, integration, and stakeholder management.

The role will involve end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including sales orders, pricing, delivery, billing, availability checks, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Lead SAP SD functional design and implementation activities.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure SAP SD processes including:

- Sales inquiries and quotations

- Sales orders

- Pricing and condition techniques

- Availability / ATP checks

- Delivery and shipping

- Picking and PGI

- Billing and invoicing
- Returns, credit/debit processes
- Third-party sales processes
- Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design and optimization.
- Work on SAP S/4HANA Sales and Fiori-based processes where applicable.
- Handle functional specifications, enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, workflows and integrations.
- Coordinate with FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, and other cross-functional teams.
- Support integration with external systems using interfaces such as IDocs/EDI where required.
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect resolution, cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide production support and root-cause analysis for critical issues.
- Mentor junior and mid-level SAP SD consultants.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, offshore/onshore teams and technical teams.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts and user documentation.




- Participate in solution architecture and process-improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

- 8-15 years of SAP SD experience, preferably with multiple implementation/support/rollout projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Sales.

- Knowledge of IDocs, EDI, APIs/interfaces and integration concepts is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

SAP's current S/4HANA documentation covers sales-order processing, availability checks, delivery dates and integration with procurement, while SAP also documents output management across sales, shipping and billing. Leadership & Soft Skills

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- SAP certification in SD/S/4HANA Sales is desirable.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation / migration projects.
- At least one full-cycle implementation or major rollout.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery.
- Experience in AMS/support environments and SLA-driven production support.
