Roles and Responsibilities :

- Provide technical expertise on SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module to clients, ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of their business processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze client requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure effective adoption of SAP SD best practices by clients.

- Troubleshoot issues related to order-to-cash processing, inventory management, pricing & discounting, logistics planning & execution.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with a focus on SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).

- Solid understanding of the entire SAP SD module including orders-to-cash process flowchart.

- Experience in implementing end-to-end projects using SAP Presales tools such as CRM Sales Cloud Service Cloud etc. .

- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time within budget while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
