We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail R2R Senior Consultant with robust expertise in SAP Finance (FICO), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Retail business processes. The consultant will be responsible for supporting an SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation, with a focus on R2R process design, retail finance, integrations, taxation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration.

- Collaborate with retail finance and business stakeholders to gather and document R2R requirements.
- Review and validate functional specifications for R2R processes.
- Design and optimize retail-specific financial processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Support processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Financial Closing.
- Provide expertise in store accounting, consignment, vendor reconciliation, inventory valuation, and financial reporting.
- Oversee integration of R2R processes with SAP CAR, SAP IS-Retail, MM, SD, and other relevant SAP components.
- Ensure accurate data flow between point-of-sale systems, inventory management, retail operations, and financial reporting.
- Validate integration test scenarios, testing results, and UAT outcomes.
- Support retail tax configuration and compliance requirements, including VAT/GST and sales tax.
- Support integration with third-party tax solutions such as Vertex, Avalara, or SAP Tax Service.
- Act as an R2R Subject Matter Expert throughout the project lifecycle, from blueprinting through go-live.
- Identify project risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with global finance teams, retail operations, SAP consultants,



and external vendors.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business users.
- Support successful adoption and implementation of R2R functionalities.

- 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO).
- Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation projects.
- Proven experience with Retail industry processes.
- Strong knowledge of R2R processes and financial accounting.
- Experience with multi-location and multi-currency financial environments is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.
- Experience with large-scale retail SAP projects.
- Experience with multi-location and multi-currency operations.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
