SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as the SAP S/4HANA Payroll Replication Specialist, a pivotal role within the IT Services sector. This position is dedicated to ensuring the seamless and accurate synchronization of payroll data between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the SAP S/4HANA Payroll system. The ideal candidate will play a critical part in maintaining data integrity, optimizing integration workflows, and supporting complex payroll structures for a global workforce. This role is essential for driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations through robust technical execution and strategic problem-solving.

Responsibilities

- Manage and execute the end-to-end replication of payroll data from Employee Central to SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely and error-free processing.
- Configure and maintain SAP HCM Infotypes and Personnel Actions to support accurate data mapping and transformation during the replication cycle.
- Analyze and resolve complex integration issues, troubleshooting connectivity and data flow discrepancies between EC and S/4HANA environments.
- Perform rigorous payroll data reconciliation to verify consistency and accuracy across all master data records.




- Implement and test S/4HANA enhancements to improve the efficiency and reliability of the payroll replication process.
- Maintain and update Payroll Master Data, ensuring all employee records reflect current organizational changes and status updates.
- Utilize deep knowledge of the Employee Central Data Model to facilitate smooth data exchange and support organizational management structures.
- Provide technical support and guidance regarding US Payroll specific requirements and configurations within the SAP ecosystem.

Requirements

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP payroll and integration solutions.
- Proven expertise in US Payroll processes and configurations.
- Strong proficiency with the Employee Central Data Model and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM Infotypes, Personnel Actions, and Organizational Management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle Payroll Master Data management and reconciliation tasks.
- Solid experience in troubleshooting integration challenges between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA Payroll.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA enhancements and the specific mechanics of EC to S/4HANA Payroll replication.
- Robust analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
