Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA RE-FX Consultant with 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Real Estate Flexible Management (RE-FX). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate business processes, Finance, and FI-AA, with expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP RE-FX solutions.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing and configuring RE-FX solutions, supporting real estate processes, and working closely with business and technical teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Process Analysis – Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document real estate business processes and requirements.
- SAP RE-FX Implementation – Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions covering real estate contract management, lease administration, property management, and related business processes.
- SAP RE-FX Configuration – Configure and maintain the SAP RE-FX module based on business requirements while ensuring system functionality, data integrity, and accuracy.
- Real Estate Contract Management – Configure and support processes related to lease agreements, rental contracts, contract conditions, renewals, terminations, and other real estate transactions.
- Real Estate Transactions – Support real estate transactions including leases, acquisitions, disposals, and other property-related activities while ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.




- Finance & FI-AA Integration – Work with SAP Finance and Asset Accounting processes to ensure appropriate integration between RE-FX, FI, FI-AA, and other relevant SAP modules.
- Financial Reporting – Support the generation and analysis of financial reports related to real estate portfolios and ensure accurate financial postings and reporting.
- Workshops & Training – Conduct business workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, knowledge-transfer sessions, and end-user training as required.
- Testing & Validation – Prepare and execute test scenarios, support integration testing and UAT, identify defects, and ensure successful validation of SAP RE-FX solutions.
- Production Support – Provide ongoing application support, troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize existing RE-FX functionality.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve real estate and finance processes and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and system usability.
- Integration & Data Migration – Work closely with technical teams on system integrations, interfaces, data migration, and related technical activities.
- Documentation – Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, test scripts,



user guides, and other project deliverables.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with Finance, FI-AA, technical, business, legal, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of real estate processes.
- SAP Best Practices – Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX functionality, product developments, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX / SAP Real Estate Management.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA RE-FX functionality and real estate business processes.
- Strong knowledge of Real Estate Contract Management, Lease Administration, and Property Management.
- Good understanding of SAP FI and FI-AA and their integration with RE-FX.
- Experience in SAP RE-FX implementation, configuration, testing, and production support.
- Experience working with business stakeholders for requirements gathering and process analysis.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with SAP integration and data migration activities.
- SAP RE-FX certification is desirable.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation projects.
- Experience working on real estate transformation or process-improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to integration with Finance, Asset Accounting, and other SAP modules.
- Experience in conducting workshops and end-user training.
