Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager to oversee end-to-end enterprise SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs. The ideal candidate will bring strong delivery governance, client engagement capability, and a proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams to deliver SAP transformations on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Delivery: Lead and govern large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations from scoping and blueprinting through cutover, hypercare, and final handover.
- Governance & Tracking: Manage scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies using established SAP methodologies (such as SAP Activate) and standard project management frameworks (PMP/Agile).
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and allocate cross-functional teams consisting of SAP functional consultants, technical leads, integration specialists,



and third-party vendors.
- Quality & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify bottlenecks, technical blockers, and delivery risks; establish robust mitigation and contingency plans.
- On-Site Collaboration: Work full-time from the client site to drive daily stand-ups, client steerco presentations, integration workshops, and operational reviews.

Mandatory Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 14 to 16 years of overall IT/consulting experience, with a substantial focus on enterprise ERP engagements.
- Track Record: Successfully led and delivered at least 3+ full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration projects as a Project Manager.
- Methodology: In-depth familiarity with SAP Activate, Waterfall, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Location & Work Mode: Must currently reside in or be locally based in Bangalore, with full willingness to work on-site 5 days a week at the client premises.
- Availability: Immediate joiner (serving notice / available within 0–15 days).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, SAP Certified Associate / SAP Activate, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
