Role Overview

As an SAP Project Manager at AiFA Labs, you will play a pivotal leadership role in planning, executing, and delivering SAP transformation and modernization engagements. You will work with cross-functional teams — including technical architects, SAP consultants, engineers, and client stakeholders — to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that leverage AI-enabled platforms and digital enablers.

This role requires a strong blend of SAP domain expertise, project leadership acumen, and the ability to coordinate complex technical programs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, from planning and requirements capture through execution, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and clients to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

- Coordinate and mentor cross-functional teams including SAP functional/technical consultants, AI integration specialists, and delivery partners.

- Drive project governance including status reporting, risk management, issue resolution,



and escalations.

- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, compliance practices, and AiFA Labs’ delivery methodologies.

- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication with clients to align expectations and outcomes.

- Monitor and optimize resource utilization and delivery efficiencies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery frameworks, tools, and practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience managing SAP projects or SAP-centric digital transformation programs (typically 8+ years preferred).

- Deep understanding of SAP modules, implementation lifecycles, and integration approaches.

- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams.

- Solid grasp of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables effectively.
